Cancellation Policy for Yay’s Luxury Wellness We understand that life happens, and plans may change. To provide the best service to all our clients, we kindly ask you to review our cancellation policy:     1.    24-Hour Cancellation Window     •    Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.     •    Cancellations within this timeframe can be completed online or by contacting us directly.     2.    Late Cancellations and No-Shows     •    Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee, charged to the card on file.     •    Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will also result in the 20% fee.     3.    Non-Cancelable Period     •    Online cancellations will not be available within 24 hours of your appointment. Any changes during this period must be requested by contacting us directly, though the 20% fee will still apply.
